Here's an example. Miguel won the last comp he entered and gets bundled out in his first heat. Glad I didn't pick him this time.

Or when three guys in one heat get 14+ scores and your guy is in 3rd place by .1. Then the very next heat, the winning score is an 8. That seems to happen to me a lot. Probably why I am ranked 190+.

Or when they can't back up an excellent score and miss out by less than a point.

It sucks when the surfer you pick is not the sharpest surfer in the heat.
